I started this work after years of watching school and business leaders burn out—not from lack of passion, but from lack of real, meaningful support.

With over two decades of experience at the intersection of emotional intelligence, personal healing & growth, and leadership development, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative the right tools and systems can be.
